Upholding the philosophy of healthy foods, the restaurant is specialized in specialty cuisine of Northwest China. Using the independent two-layer structure, the architect tries to express the style of Northwest Chinese of being restrained, prudent and rough. Architectural art is put into the foyer. Black brick is used as the carrier to express the oblique form. Well-configured wood beam top and delicate sculptures render the solemn charm of Shanxi Province.
